You love turning chaos into clarity, creating structure where others see complexity, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks? You’re as comfortable thinking strategically as you are rolling up your sleeves to get things done?
Then you might just be the person we’re looking for.
We’re a small, fast-moving MedTech startup and we’re looking for an Executive Associate ready to take up more and more of a strategic leadership role over time while maintaining operational responsibilities in both a consultancy and non-profit training / research environment.
Your role
From day one (no worries we will guide you with a first class hand over):
- Take ownership of travel planning, scheduling, and general administration to keep everything running smoothly.
- Manage Mailboxes & Calendars
- Manage contracts, invoices, and internal controlling, ensuring financial and operational precision.
- Oversee critical documents and processes, establishing control and transparency.
Additionally after ~ 6 moths:
- Serve as the right hand to the Managing Parter, supporting execution and strategic initiatives.
- Gradually assume leadership responsibilities, such as coordinating cross-functional projects, guiding internal priorities, and driving decision preparation.
- Over time, evolve into a deputy to the Managing Partner, being entrusted with core operational decisions
Your mindset
- You’re detail-oriented, reliable, and systematic but flexible enough to pivot when plans change.
- You enjoy working independently, taking responsibility, and support decision-making.
- Challenges don´t scare you but make you exited as you want to grow further.
- You’re fluent in German (C2) and English (min. B2) and comfortable with digital tools (Excel, document platforms, etc.).
- Experience in finance or accounting is a plus but not a must the same applies for some IT experience
What’s in it for you
- True ownership: freedom to shape your work and take initiative.
- Growth: A dedicated education budget and the possibility to take over more strategic tasks
- Purpose and personality: be yourself, not part of a machine.
- A flexible, home-office-first setup: However, you should be able to come to our office in Minden once a week
Our mission
We believe behind every medical device is a story: a grandmother who wants to garden again, a parent who wants to see their child graduate, a partner who wants more mornings together. Their health isn’t just their own; it’s woven into the lives of everyone who loves them. That’s why we do this work: to make sure regulations serve those stories instead of stalling them, so treatment arrives when it matters most.
