Behind every medical device there is a story: a grandmother who wants to work in her garden again, parents who want to see their children grow up, partners who want more time together. Their health is never just their own – it is interwoven with the lives of many others.

If you are interested, please send your cover letter, CV and a picture of a squirrel as one PDF to jobs@escentia.de.
Please apply to only one position at a time. While the roles may appear similar at first glance, they differ significantly in focus, responsibilities, and required experience. Submitting multiple applications does not improve your chances and makes it harder for us to assess your fit. In your application email, clearly state the title of the position you are applying for in the subject line, so we can route and review your application efficiently.
P.S. We don´t know you yet. Use the cover letter and CV as an opportunity to make us understand your value and fit to us. Don´t think it´s obvious, you know yourself so much better than we do.
P.P.S. Of course you can use AI to hone your words, we sometimes do too. But if we wanted to hire an AI this would be much cheaper, so the content should 100% be you.
